I wake up

Frank goes back to sleep
Puppy looks at me with sad dejected eyes
Baby looks at me with wide awake eyes and smiles
I give up and lay down with baby
Baby goes to sleep after thwacking me on my head with her talon-like fingernails a few hundred times
Puppy curls up on the floor
I go to sleep
I wake up to the alarm at 5am
Can puppy go outside at 5am?
Baby gets transferred back to her crib
Can puppy go outside at 5:02am?
Baby starts to rustle
Puppy GOES OUTSIDE at 5:03am
I wake Frank to warn him baby wakeup is imminent before I go to work
