This is the start of the pictures from the Waihee Valley trail. The trail, unlike the Maui Revealed book, now costs 5$/person to do, but the people that run the parking lot are very friendly. One guy took us on a tour of the native plants before we started our hike...this fruit is some sort of cherry, but really tastes like a sweet cherry tomato.
